On-Demand Training

Adult Education teachers and staff have busy schedules, so finding time to attend in-person training or live webinars can be a challenge! ATDN has on-demand training that can be viewed asynchronously, with accompanying resources and activities that can be submitted to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Delivered through CANVAS, the on-demand training is self-paced and available 24/7. Each training is set up to provide all the necessary resources for you to follow along and complete any required activities.

Training | CCRS Math, CCRS ELA, and ELPS (mandatory)

Completion Time

The Learning Pathway Options documents (shown below) outline the required and recommended training for each CCRS Math, CCRS ELA, and ELPS. Be sure to carefully review the estimated # of hours listed in each training description, along with the assignment or final project requirements. CCRS Math 102, in particular, requires more time and includes consultation with the Consultant for the final Unit Plan.

Completion Requirements

Completion requirements are outlined in the Learning Pathway Options documents and can also be found on the home page and syllabus of each training in CANVAS.

To earn a Certificate of Completion (COC), participants must:

  • Submit all activities, assignments, quizzes, and the final project (if applicable), and

  • Achieve a final grade of 80% or higher

Participants should check their grades to confirm if any assignments are missing, have not been graded, or if they have not met the final grade requirement. Quizzes can be retaken to improve their score and assignments can be resubmitted taking into consideration any feedback to obtain a better grade. After meeting the requirements to earn a Certificate of Completion, it will be available for download or printing from your ProTraxx account. Please allow up to 48 hours for your certificate to appear in your account.

Grading

Please allow up to one week for submissions to be reviewed and graded.
